Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or device used to create them — constitute a violation of these Terms. luckypiso may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including deposits and winnings, without prior notice or compensation.
Important: Do not create a second luckypiso account if you have forgotten your login credentials. Use the password reset function on the luckypiso login page or contact support. Creating a second account to circumvent restrictions, access additional bonuses, or continue play following a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms and PAGCOR regulations.

In compliance with PAGCOR's player protection requirements, luckypiso maintains player deposit funds in accounts segregated from luckypiso's operational funds. This means your deposited balance is protected from luckypiso's business creditors and remains accessible for withdrawal regardless of luckypiso's commercial circumstances, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Bonus funds credited to a luckypiso account expire if not used within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default expiry period for bonus funds is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All casino games on the luckypiso Platform — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical randomisation by professional dealers in accredited studio environments. Game outcomes are not influenced by luckypiso, individual account history, bet size, or player identity. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and luckypiso, you agree to first contact luckypiso's customer support team to seek resolution. luckypiso will attempt to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, which constitutes the appropriate regulatory channel for complaints involving PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operators in the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
